Megaworld Corp. has formed Megaworld Global Offices to support the continued growth of its office portfolio across key locations in the Philippines.

MANILA, Philippines — Megaworld Corp. has introduced a new office leasing group, Megaworld Global Offices, as part of its strategy to further strengthen its office development and leasing operations nationwide.
The newly formed group will work alongside Megaworld’s existing office leasing arm, Megaworld Premier Offices, to support the continued expansion and management of the company’s growing office portfolio.
With a positive outlook on the Philippine office market, Megaworld aims to reach two million square meters of leasable office space in the coming years. This target is supported by the company’s previously announced multi-year investment program focused on developing new office buildings and enhancing existing office assets across its townships.
Office expansion efforts are being directed toward both established and emerging growth areas, including the Ilocos Region, Pampanga, Cavite, Bacolod, and Cagayan de Oro. The company is also actively positioning its developments to attract multinational corporations and startup firms seeking modern, township-based office environments.
At present, Megaworld’s office portfolio hosts nearly 200 companies, many of which are located in major business hubs such as Eastwood City, Uptown Bonifacio, McKinley Hill, McKinley West, and Iloilo Business Park—areas that have evolved into some of the country’s leading cyberparks.
Megaworld noted that demand for office space remains resilient, driven by growth in industries such as finance, information technology, and healthcare, even as new technologies continue to reshape the workplace.
Currently, Megaworld manages over 1.6 million square meters of office space across almost 90 office towers nationwide, supporting employment for more than 200,000 professionals, particularly in the BPO and corporate sectors. Its township developments have also become home to several globally recognized companies.
Megaworld Global Offices will be led by Francisco Roxas, a seasoned real estate executive with more than three decades of experience in property development and management. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management and brings extensive leadership experience to the new leasing group.
